HOW DOES THE SIGN UP PROCESS WORK IF I WANT ASSISTANCE TO SPAY/NEUTER MY DOG?
As dog owner's reach out to request financial assistance with spay/neuter procedures, we will place their requests on a sign-up sheet. 10 requests are taken per cycle. At the conclusion of the cycle, a new sign-up process will begin again.
CAN I SIGN UP MULTIPLE PETS?
While we do welcome multiple pet requests, they will be scheduled on different cycles. This is done in order to help assist all other dog owners who have signed up. At the start of the new cycle, your next pet will be placed in the first available slot.
IS THERE A SPECIFIC CLINIC I HAVE TO ATTEND?
In order to better serve our community, we discuss options based on current location. More information is available through direct contact with us.
HOW CAN I BECOME A DONOR, AND HOW IS MY DONATION HANDLED?
Becoming a donor is simple, yet one of the most important roles in our mission. To become a donor, simply donate on our website. More donating options are available (cashapp, venmo, Facebook, etc.) Reach out to us if you are interested in any of these forms of payment.
The following process best describes the donation process:
1. Your donation will be received.
2. The next dog owner on the sign-up sheet will be contacted to ensure they are still interested in receiving assistance.
3. If the dog owner is still interested, we will discuss what dates are most convenient for surgery.
4. Once a date is agreed upon, we will personally contact the clinic to schedule an appointment.
5. Upon scheduling the appointment, a deposit will be made using your donation.
6. Confirmation of appointment is available upon request for the donor's receipt. The donor will also be notified of what dog they have helped.
